David Sedaris. The Man.

So, our last talk about David Sedaris has made me all the more eager to share my absolute favorite essay of his. It appeared in the New Yorker last May, but has in no way faded. Hope y'all enjoy.

    And actually, your writing reminds me a lot of Sedaris' writing!

    We all love David Sedaris, but this is an essay, not the kind of feature I'm hoping to address and discuss in class. Could you please choose something that relies more thoroughly on reportage?
